FIBA EuroBasket
The Austria national basketball team (German: Österreichische Basketballnationalmannschaft) is the basketball team that represents Austria in international competition, and is controlled by Basketball Austria. Austria has qualified to the European Basketball Championship six times in their history, with their best performance overall coming at the 1951 tournament. However, they are still seeking qualification to their first appearance on the global stage at the FIBA World Cup.
