Club Social de Deportes Rangers is a Chilean football club based in the city of Talca. The club was founded November 2, 1902 and plays in the second level of the Chilean football system. Their home games are played at the Fiscal stadium, which has a capacity of 16,000 seats.

Club de Deportes Copiapó — or simply Deportes Copiapó — is a Chilean football club based in Copiapó, Atacama Region. Founded in 1999 after Regional Atacama disappearing, it currently plays in the Primera B (second-tier) and holds its home games at Estadio Luis Valenzuela Hermosilla which has a capacity of 8,000 spectators. The club has spent the most of its history playing in the Primera B, never reaching its promotion to top-level (Primera División). Its only one honour was the Tercera División title in 2003.
Campeonato Primera B (English: Chilean First B Division) is the second tier in the Chilean football league system, and is organized by the Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional. It was established in 1952 as Segunda División, and later renamed in 1996 to the current name. Since 1954, automatic promotion to and relegation from Campeonato Nacional has been granted, although Palestino and Rangers were promoted to the top flight in the first season.
