Club de Deportes Santiago Wanderers is a football club in Valparaíso, Chile, which plays in the Primera B de Chile, the second tier of the Chilean Football Federation, after being relegated from the Campeonato Nacional at the end of the 2017 Transición tournament. Their home ground, Estadio Elías Figueroa Brander, is in the north-west of the city. Wanderers have played their games there since 1931 after moving from Barrio Puerto. Unión San Felipe is a Chilean Football club, their hometown is San Felipe in the V Región of Valparaíso. They play in the second level of the Chilean football league, the Primera B. They were the Copa Chile champions, and played the 2010 Copa Sudamericana. The club was founded on October 16, 1956 with the merger of Internacional and Tarcisio. The club is the only team in Chile ever to win the second level and then the first level in consecutive seasons (1970 and 1971).

Campeonato Primera B (English: Chilean First B Division) is the second tier in the Chilean football league system, and is organized by the Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional. It was established in 1952 as Segunda División, and later renamed in 1996 to the current name. Since 1954, automatic promotion to and relegation from Campeonato Nacional has been granted, although Palestino and Rangers were promoted to the top flight in the first season.
