Football Club Mokpo (Korean: FC 목포) is a South Korean association football club based in Mokpo, South Jeolla. Since the 2010 season, Mokpo have played in the K3 League, the third tier of Korean football.

Gangneung Citizen Football Club (Korean: 강릉 시민 축구단) is a South Korean Association football club based in the city of Gangneung. Currently Gangneung Citizen FC plays in the K3 League. In 2019 they became the final champions of the Korea National League before it was integrated into the K3 League.
The K3 League is the third-highest division in the South Korean football league system. It was run as an amateur league until 2019, but was relaunched as a semi-professional league after absorbing the Korea National League in 2020. It is currently contested by 15 clubs.
