Gualaceo Sporting Club is an Ecuadorian professional soccer team from the city of Gualaceo, Azuay province. Founded 2nd April 2000, it was initially was called Gualaceños de Corazón, with the home strip being blue; that it had nothing to do with the colors of the flag of the canton it represents, later to give it greater identity the club changed to its' current name, identifying with the colors of the flag of the Azuayo Garden. The club currently play in Serie B, the second tier in Ecuadorian football.
