Russian Football National League
FC Veles Moscow (Russian: ФК «Велес» Москва) is a Russian football team based in Moscow. It was founded in 2016 and entered amateur competitions. For 2017–18 season, it received the license for the third-tier Russian Professional Football League. On 15 May 2020, the 2019–20 PFL season was abandoned due to COVID-19 pandemic in Russia. As Veles was leading in their PFL zone at the time, they were promoted to the second-tier FNL for the 2020–21 season.

FC Chelyabinsk (Russian: ФК «Челябинск») is a Russian football club from Chelyabinsk, founded in 1977. It plays in the Russian Professional Football League. It played professionally from 1989 to 1993 and from 1997 on. The club was called Strela Chelyabinsk (1977–1989) and Zenit Chelyabinsk (1990–2008). It played on the second-highest level, Russian First Division, in 1992 and 1993.
