Klopp on brink of being named new Germany manager after reaching agreement with Red Bull

[p]Speaking on German TV at the World Cup final, Klopp took a brief pause and then announced the next step on his path to becoming national team coach: "[b]I have reached an agreement with Red Bull[/b].
