Former Arsenal striker and Danish international Niklas Bendtner has criticized the dressing room at Bodo/Glimt as being boring, cold and dark.

[p][a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/bodo-glimt/S0WZMUNG/"]Bodo/Glimt[/a] has taken the first steps to launch a new 10.000 spectator stadium to replace the ageing Aspmyra stadium. And if you ask the former Danish international Niklas Bendtner, who had the pleasure of playing against Bodo/Glimt during his career with [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/rosenborg/G8LlPCOi/"]Rosenborg[/a], there is a big need for upgrading facilities at the Champions League outfit. [/p][p]"The dressing room is cold. It's boring. It's grey. It's black. It's a ridiculous dressing room. Suddenly, players who earn between €250,000 and €700,000 a week find themselves sitting there staring at each other. I've been in the same situation, I'll be honest. Then you sit there and look over at your buddy: "I hope you have a great day today, because I'm not there. I'm not there at all", says Bendtner in the podcast Stolpe Ind.[/p][embed guid="824a42f6-a5fb-4d6f-a6a3-9c8eb1d58734" url="https://www.instagram.com/reels/DVLPFJvCL3x/" social-type="instagram" /][p]Bendtner who played for Rosenborg between 2017 and 2019, even suggested some players faked injury to avoid the trip, and the former [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/arsenal/hA1Zm19f/"]Arsenal[/a] player even asked to be substituted when he was visiting Bodo as a Rosenborg player, he says in the podcast.[/p][p]Bodo/Glimt are on the verge of qualifying for the quarter-finals in the Champions League after they won 3-0 at home on Wednesday against [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/sporting-cp/tljXuHBC/"]Sporting CP[/a] in the first leg of their clash in the 1/8 finals.[/p]
