Opta predicts the Eredivisie: PSV big title favourites, Willem II and Cambuur fear drop

[p]Opta ran the 2026/27 Eredivisie season through 10,000 simulations in their supercomputer. Like last year, [b][a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/psv/M9UEHJWi/"]PSV[/a] [/b]have been given the best odds of winning the Eredivisie title, finishing top of the league in [b]48.5%[/b] of their simulations. It's a slight decrease from last year, when they were given a 51.5% chance to win the league.[/p][p]Following PSV are [b][a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/feyenoord/8zjySeoN/"]Feyenoord[/a][/b] ([b]11.8%[/b]) and [b][a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/ajax/8UOvIwnb/"]Ajax[/a][/b] ([b]10.2%[/b]), who trail the reigning champions by a massive distance. Feyenoord's number has gone way down from last year, when they were given a 21% chance at winning the title under Robin van Persie.
