Superliga league leaders AGF state that if they qualify for European football, they will play their home games at Cepheus Park in Randers.

[p]AGF are in the midst of a historic season, which could see them win their first Danish championship title in 40 years and consequently also qualify for the European club competitions. [/p][p]There is just one problem, however. While AGF's new stadium project, Kongelunden, is under construction, the team is playing at a temporary stadium in Vejlby. And it does not meet the requirements of the European Football Association (UEFA).[/p][p]That is why AGF have agreed with [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/randers-fc/x0NnnfrU/"]Randers FC[/a], that if the [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/aarhus/OOXnKGbO/"]Aarhus[/a] club should qualify for European football, the team will play its European home games at Cepheus Park, where Randers otherwise usually play their home matches. [/p][p]The two parties have agreed that the Aarhus club will rent the facilities in Randers for matches in Europe.[/p][p]"We are happy that Randers will make their stadium available to us, even though it will of course cost us financially that we cannot play at our own stadium in possible European matches", says AGF's director Jacob Nielsen.[/p][p]The director explains that they have been in dialogue with various stadiums and that they have also listened to the club's fans in connection with the decision.[/p]
