Throughout our conversations with him, it quickly became clear that he possesses many of the qualities we consider important for the future of this football club.[/b][/p][p][b]"We wanted a clear identity, strong leadership qualities and a real desire to win. Cesar demonstrated all of these characteristics, but what impressed me most was his mentality, his work ethic and his willingness to embrace the challenge ahead.[/b][/p][p]"He is young, energetic and ambitious, but also thoughtful, responsible and ready to challenge himself and those around him in the pursuit of improvement.
