McCarthy hits back at Kenya critics and gives reasons for Senegal mauling

For the first time since the defeat, McCarthy shed light on what prompted the outcome.[/p][h2]Kenya 'weren't prepared' to face Senegal[/h2][p][b]"The last game, that wasn’t Kenya.
