That’s where our focus is right now."[/p][p]"I’m starting to see light at the end of the tunnel now," says the Danish tennis star, who also explains that the subsequent plan is to head to Asia to play in Tokyo and Shanghai in October.[/p][embed guid="9c348112-1d68-4f8b-9bea-021dcc47f11c" url="https://x.com/Served_Podcast/status/2087169901794414631" social-type="twitter" /][p]The Davis Cup tie against [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/bulgaria/69uCxrVs/"]Bulgaria[/a] takes place on 18-19 September, with [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/denmark/f756O8ml/"]Denmark[/a] once again attempting to earn promotion to the elite level.[/p][p]The Danish Tennis Federation has also shared a post on Instagram featuring Holger Rune on the promotional poster alongside [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/holmgren-august/QTqxSQsj/"]August Holmgren[/a] and [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/moeller-elmer/SU8MMreH/"]Elmer Moller[/a].[/p][p]In the podcast, Holger Rune also discusses how he is increasingly able to focus on things on the court rather than the physical aspects off-court.[/p][p]Right now, he has been training at full intensity for the equivalent of one and a half sets, and the plan is to gradually ramp things up over the coming weeks.[/p][p]"Things are definitely moving in the right direction, but it’s also a matter of being able to sustain that over many consecutive days and stringing together multiple training sessions.
