Why Barcelona and Arsenal might be willing to offer Bernardo Silva a new home

[p]Rumours that the Premier League might finally hand down their punishment to the club for potential rule breaches are gathering pace, as is the notion that [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/guardiola-pep/hxNijWrJ/"]Pep Guardiola[/a] might finally decide to pass the managerial baton on to someone else.[/p][h2]Bernardo Silva will leave Man City this summer[/h2][p]Perhaps the most significant moment of all will be current captain, [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/silva-bernardo/lUg03qcR/"]Bernardo Silva's[/a] departure, however.[/p][p]The 31-year-old midfielder has already announced that this season will be his last at the club he has served with aplomb since signing from [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/monaco/2PIvr8o4/"]Monaco[/a] back in 2017.[/p][embed guid="46fb2acc-f901-4d5b-946f-fa3ff3e70c3a" url="https://x.com/ManCity/status/2044747786407584025" social-type="twitter" /][p]It's difficult to put into words just how important the Portuguese has been for Guardiola and for the team during his nine years at [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/manchester-city/Wtn9Stg0/"]Manchester City[/a].[/p][p]For a start, his availability has been unmatched.
