Yankees outfielder Dominguez leaves field after wall collision

The New York Yankees' Jasson Dominguez was injured slamming into a wall as he took a superb leaping catch in the first inning on Thursday, eventually leaving the field on a medical cart.

[p]The 23-year-old Dominican outfielder raced backwards to claim [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/texas-rangers/f3GcHO7j/"]Texas[/a] batter [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/nimmo-brandon/hbSJkew3/"]Brandon Nimmo[/a]'s fly ball, colliding with his head and shoulder against an outfield LED video advertising board covered by a chain-link fence in left field.[/p][p][a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/dominguez-jasson/SlTBJ98c/"]Dominguez[/a] stayed down on the field for around a minute, tended to and examined by medical staff.
