Qatar Stars League to return after conflict in Middle East caused a suspension

[p]A statement from the league ensured steps were being taken to ensure action would return safely: [b]"In cooperation with all relevant stakeholders and partners, and in close coordination with security authorities and match organisers, precautionary measures are being implemented to ensure the safe return of the competition.
