Rams sign safety Kam Curl to three-year, $36 million contract extension

The safety put up a career-high 122 tackles along with five pass deflections, two interceptions, and two sacks. [/p][p]His 45 receptions allowed were the fourth-fewest allowed by any safety in the league, while his 32 stops were the fifth-most, ultimately giving him the sixth-highest run defense grade (84.7) of 98 qualified safeties.[/p][p]Opposing quarterbacks tossed a career-low 82.4 passer rating when targeting Curl this past season.
