Bromma Boys win extraordinary game at AIK as Sirius do enough for three points

[p][a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/game/soccer/aik-lzqk4S68/brommapojkarna-ELVAW0WQ/?mid=lI2rPO4m"]AIK 5-6 Brommapojkarna[/a][/p][p]When the two teams came in at half-time goalless, no one could have predicted the chaos that followed. It all started four minutes after the break, when [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/strand-simon/02OkLlcM/"]Simon Strand[/a] sent a crisp volley sailing past [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/nordfeldt-kristoffer/zidYDVKR/"]Kristoffer Nordfeldt[/a] and into the bottom corner.[/p][p][a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/aik/lzqk4S68/"]AIK[/a] needed only eight minutes to level, as Abdihakin Ali ran onto a neat through ball and finished well, but from then on the visitors dominated, retaking the lead before the hour-mark as [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/sever-kamilcan/dlyw7WLt/"]Kamilcan Sever[/a] tapped home after Nordfeldt had done just enough to deny [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/kurochkin-anton/raS2Ockh/"]Anton Kurochkin[/a], and it was 3-1 soon after when [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/odefalk-wilmer/YcfRU81i/"]Wilmer Odefalk[/a] cut inside from the left wing and rolled the ball home.[/p][p]BP's fourth was a calamity for the home defence, as neither of the two players that went for the same ball inside the six yard box dealt with it, allowing Sever a second tap-in, and 20 minutes from time it was 5-1 - Sever burst into the area but rather than go for the hat-trick, he squared for Kurochkin who set himself before finishing in style, as a chorus of boos rang out from the home fans.[/p][embed guid="8779916d-3e03-423d-9e4c-dbb2928d733e" url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zd62zisfsck" social-type="youtube" /][p]However, AIK then began the most remarkable comeback, beginning with [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/ayari-taha/Wh4Ea2o2/"]Taha Ayari[/a] running onto a low ball into the box and firing in, then the hosts brought on [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/gustafsson-sixten/2D2WX53m/"]Sixten Gustafsson[/a], which turned out to be a stroke of genius, as he bundled the ball over the line following a free-kick, and then made it 5-4 with six minutes to play by heading home a [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/assadi-lucas/rwjjpAuJ/"]Lucas Assadi[/a] cross.[/p][p]Time looked to have run out for AIK, but deep into added time Ali picked out [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/hove-johan/OfIWvZOb/"]Johan Hove[/a] on the left side of the box, and he shaped to shoot around the goalkeeper only to tuck the ball home at the near post to complete the comeback.[/p][p]However, there was to be one more twist - the Bromma Boys immediately broke down the left side and [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/zanden-oliver/xS5OvHds/"]Oliver Zanden[/a] squared the ball across goal for the awaiting [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/hansen-mads/44I4AOGU/"]Mads Hansen[/a], who applied the first-time finish from the centre of the box to win [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/brommapojkarna/ELVAW0WQ/"]Brommapojkarna[/a] three memorable points in dramatic fashion.[/p][p]The win ends BP's two-game losing streak but after all that, they stay in 11th place. AIK are winless in five and have lost three of their last four - they sit ninth.[/p][p][a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/game/soccer/gais-bJewAOTf/sirius-vXr8fotG/?mid=jP76JKYO"]GAIS 0-1 Sirius[/a][/p][p]There was just the one goal at Gamla Ullevi but that was plenty for league leaders [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/sirius/vXr8fotG/"]Sirius[/a] to get the better of [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/gais/bJewAOTf/"]GAIS[/a] and go 11 points clear for the time being, while it's two losses in the last three for the Mackerels.[/p][p][a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/bjerkebo-isak/K2bsu3sF/"]Isak Bjerkebo[/a] was the difference-maker, scoring his 14th of the season but his first since mid-August, receiving a [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/persson-joakim/W8LUHRIn/"]Joakim Persson[/a] ball across goal and firing home from six yards to complete a wonderful attack from the visitors in the 78th minute.[/p][p]GAIS didn't produce enough to get back into the match, and they remain 10th with just one win in four, while Sirius have made it four wins in a row since their run of three straight defeats.[/p][embed guid="2e6f1596-867a-435b-9a00-f402339e01fd" url="https://x.com/fotbollskanal/status/2108929850970955814" social-type="twitter" /][p][a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/game/soccer/degerfors-zNSwBuue/mjallby-S0XtXM1E/?mid=zmtPy2lg"]Mjallby 1-1 Degerfors[/a][/p][p]Second-half goals remained en vogue in Hallevik, where [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/mjallby/S0XtXM1E/"]Mjallby[/a] came from a goal down to draw with [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/team/degerfors/zNSwBuue/"]Degerfors[/a], who climb out of the bottom three, while the home side extend the margin between themselves and the relegation zone to four points.[/p][p]Six minutes after the break, the visitors worked a free-kick into the Mjallby box where [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/ohlsson-sebastian/xMj4PU1E/"]Sebastian Ohlsson[/a]'s ball across fell kindly for [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/taranis-arman/EwK8L8qO/"]Arman Taranis[/a] to turn home from 10 yards out. But the hosts were level just four minutes later, as Degerfors failed to clear their lines properly, and when the ball dropped to [a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/player/kjaer-jeppe/Mke5ibtC/"]Jeppe Kjaer[/a] at the edge of the box, he struck low through the crowd and nestled the ball in the bottom corner.[/p][p]Mjallby remain without a win in seven in Allsvenskan and 11 in all competitions, including a humiliating 1-0 loss to third-tier Trollhatten in Svenska Cupen in midweek to end their title defence at the first hurdle. Degerfors have picked up a first point in three matches.[/p][embed guid="8a539c91-5c19-4784-8f95-dc746a5fc77c" url="https://x.com/fotbollskanal/status/2108962985657958679" social-type="twitter" /][p][a href="https://www.flashscore.ca/soccer/sweden/allsvenskan/"]Follow the Allsvenskan run-in on Flashscore.[/a][/p]
